But this blog is part of the busy: I'm begging a favour. As well as explaining what the next adventure is.
I'm a teacher and tablet artist and, accidentally, an events co-ordinator. On Thurs (I'm heading up on Weds) the students and I will be headed to Eurogamer Expo for the third year in a row to demo tablet and touch screen artworking. Should be as much fun as it always is.
This time it's a bit trickier as it's in Birmingham but the budget was very low so (with the agreement of the student who would rather have chipped in than cancelled) are all paying the hotel fee and a percentage of the four necessary coaches. Anyhow the thing I'd love to crowd source is the kids pizza each night. So: if you fancy sponsoring a student to work a long day teaching others how to draw please get in touch (as well as having a fun time at EGX but, believe me, I work the students pretty hard). It's £15 a head (probably less but I want to make sure they all get to eat properly in the day. Give me a shout at @Kercal on Twitter or apaulio at yah o o dot co dot uk. Minus the silly bits in that email address obviously.
Updates from EGX as they come in but at the moment I've easels to pack, printers to sort out, plugs to get sorted and a hundred other things. Oh and teach four classes and do a tutorial class for fifteen students.
But it'll be amazing. Oh yes. Have a look here if you want to see what we did last year...
